External-Beam Radiation Therapy

If external-beam radiation therapy is recommended for palliative care, ACFRO can provide this therapy to head and neck cancer patients. Like a regular x-ray, radiation beams are focused on the affected area from outside the body. It can be used alone or in combination with other cancer therapies.
